Marty was ranked as the #1 real estate agent for listings and sales in the Dover-Sherborn area for 2013.* Upon completion of her Undergraduate degree in Education, and her Masters degree in Counseling and Guidance, Martha “Marty” Whiteman Bohlin began a nine year teaching career working with special needs children in Connecticut and Massachusetts. During this time, she also acquired her real estate license and began her real estate career in her hometown of Fairfield, Connecticut. She joined the Dunlap Gallery of Homes on the Boston Post Road and sold properties throughout Fairfield County.

With 11 moves of her own, including Zurich, Switzerland, Marty finally settled in Dover, Massachusetts in 1993, with her family and horses. She became very active with the various parent groups within the school system. As an avid equestrian, she was a member of Tanheath Hunt Club, and eventually became a member of Norfolk Hunt Club in 1994. She and her daughter, “evented” and “fox hunted” together. With the experience of moving so frequently and her equestrian background, Marty blended her knowledge and passion and incorporated it into the real estate community of Dover. She spent 12 years at Dover Country Properties and often earned the rank of the top selling and listing broker in the area. In 2012, Marty joined Landmark Residential, bringing with her twenty years of experience and now in 2017 joins Robert Paul Properties specializing in country homes in Dover-Sherborn area and beyond.

Marty brings with her at a solid background in all price ranges, from small 2 bedroom condos in Natick, a small seaside home in Marblehead, to a 40 acre equestrian property in Sherborn. Over the years, she has established a tremendous networking system with brokers from all over. She prides herself on maintaining a strong commitment to her clients as well as relationships in every aspect of her profession. In addition to her full time career as a Realtor, Marty is a member of the women’s group, The Round Table, in Chestnut Hill and she also founded the group, “Women In Transition.” Her passions include, family activities, skiing, training her German Shepard, and caring for her two retired horses. As a result of her commitment to service, experience and integrity, she continues to be successful in her career and the special friendships that have evolved.

Growing up in Dover, Anna is very familiar with the Dover-Sherborn schools and community, as well as neighboring towns. Now residing in the Back Bay, and previously Brookline, she brings an in-depth knowledge of both the Boston and Metro West real estate markets. As an avid skier and equestrian, Anna attended the University of Colorado at Boulder where she was the president of her IHSA Equestrian Team. During her time in Colorado she also worked at Aspen Magazine. She eventually moved back to Massachusetts after graduating with a degree in English Literature. Anna has been working in the advertising industry for the past four years at MullenLowe Boston as a Media Planner/Buyer. She has worked across a variety of clients including JetBlue, Bose, and Shinola.  Her most notable work for her clients include brand partnerships with the NFL, PGA and with influencers such as country artist Sam Hunt and Chef Michael Voltaggio.

Along with an extensive background in marketing, Anna has a strong understanding of professionalism, anticipating client needs, and negotiation skills. In the spring of 2016, Anna obtained her real estate license to join her mother, Martha Bohlin at Landmark Residential. By working as a team with Martha, Anna offers a unique skill set and a wide networking system, which she brings to Robert Paul Properties. In her free time, Anna continues to follow her passions of horseback riding, alpine skiing and hiking and cycling around New England. She is also a member of the Boston Interactive Media Association.

After completing our initial process of determining an agent's API and then selecting the agents to recommend to you, we personally contact those agents to see if they would like to become certified by us - essentially moving to our top tier.
