Brian Back has been with Gibson Sotheby’s International Real Estate since 1992.  His real estate experience began in 1987 and has led him to become involved in both residential sales & development.  He specializes in both established and emerging neighborhoods in and around the city of Boston.  In addition he has over 15 years experience as a licensed real estate appraiser.   Over the years his interests in sales and development has given him a wide range experience from Brookline, to Mission Hill, Back Bay, South End, Dorchester & surrounding areas.

 

In addition to his real estate experience, Brian holds a degree in interior design from the Art Institute (Ft. Lauderdale Fl.).  He knows first hand what it is like to be a customer having both developed and sold many properties in the city of Boston and surrounding neighborhoods.

 

Over the years his Brian has developed his combination of real estate knowledge & design experience into a unique position within Gibson/Sotheby’s.  Acting as a both a sales agent & design consultant for his buyers & sellers.  Brian helps convey the agent’s knowledge of the market & the designer’s eye for aesthetics.  He reviews floor plans for his buyer’s for their efficiency & functional layout.  He advises his sellers on how to best to present their homes for marketing, insuring them the highest return.

Our Agent Certification Process
